The Crombie Lockwood Early Talent Programme is focussed on developing Insurance Brokers for our business so we are looking for high-potential people. You may be a graduate, have decided university is not right for you, or worked a couple years in a business role and realised you have more to offer.
Niesh - pronounced “neesh” /niːʃ,nɪtʃ/
Our mission is to “provide innovative services to help students reach their potential.”
Niesh proudly operates New Zealand's largest student platform. We provide discounts, jobs, and awesome events to engage and up-skill students.
Chapter 1: FRINT and the Niesh Lounge
In 2015, our founder Jae had $10 in his bank account. A struggling student, he had the choice between buying a Kebab or printing his past papers to pass his exams. He chose to eat and nearly failed his exams...
He decided at that moment, "money should never be a barrier between students and their education." Using his own money, he launched FRINT. A free printing company for students that made money off advertisements that were on the bottom of each page.
After receiving immense support from the student community, Jae and his business partner James rebranded FRINT into Niesh and launched our student lounge. Selling food and operating a free printing service.
Chapter 2: Niesh App
In the summer of 2017, we officially launched the Niesh App. A discount based app with sweet deals all around Auckland.
Chapter 3: 2019-Present
2019 was a huge year for us! We expanded nation wide, launched our jobs platform and began running our Work Skills event series. A set of events made to prepare students for the workforce.
The Niesh Blog is a curated guide for Tertiary students. We find the best tips and tricks in and around campuses and compile it here for you!
